Heritage
Tunisia has cultivated olives for over three thousand years. Our groves sit within this living tradition, tended with the care and knowledge passed down through generations of growers.

From grove to bottle
Olives are hand-checked and cold-pressed shortly after harvest to preserve aroma, polyphenols and flavor. We control each step — pressing, storage and packaging — for consistent quality in every shipment.

Certifications
Our oils are available in certified-organic and conventional grades, produced to international food-safety standards. Detailed specifications and certificates are available on request.
